Return Policy
At MUSAFIR TREND ZONE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The product is unused and in original packaging
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear items
Used products
Customized products
Final sale/discounted items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Product photos/videos
Issue description
We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable
In some cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
